Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every paid reading you order on Zebo's Tarot. The free readings on this site can be used without an account and without an order; for those, only the clauses below on the nature of the service and on liability apply.

2. What you are buying

A paid reading is a personal text of roughly 800 words, written in response to the cards you drew and the answers you gave while ordering. The text is composed with the help of AI and checked editorially; editorial responsibility rests with us.

3. Prices and payment

The price is shown on the button you order with and includes VAT. It is a one-off purchase: there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Payment runs through Mollie, by iDEAL, Bancontact or credit card. The agreement is concluded the moment Mollie confirms your payment.

4. Delivery

Your reading is written immediately after payment and is usually readable within a few minutes. It stays at its own web address so you can read it back later. If you enter an e-mail address, we send it to your inbox as well. In the unlikely event that writing fails, you get your money back.

5. Not satisfied? Money back

A reading is digital content delivered immediately at your request. For that kind of product the statutory right of withdrawal lapses once delivery begins. We apply a more generous rule: if you are not satisfied, e-mail us within fourteen days of your order and you get your money back, without having to explain why. Send your request to webmaster@zebo-redondo.nl; the amount is refunded through the same payment method.

6. What a reading is and is not for

Readings are intended for personal reflection and entertainment. They are explicitly not professional advice on relationships, money, work, legal matters or health, and no substitute for a doctor, therapist, lawyer or financial adviser. No predictive value is guaranteed. Decisions you make on the basis of a reading are your own.

The service is intended for people aged 18 or over.

7. Liability

We do our best to keep the site and the readings working, but cannot guarantee that the site is always available or free of errors. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the reading in question. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part.

8. Your data

What we do with your data is set out in our privacy statement. The question you type for a reading stays private: our research publishes aggregated figures only.

9. Complaints

If you have a complaint, e-mail webmaster@zebo-redondo.nl. We respond within fourteen days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can submit your dispute through the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and to every agreement you conclude with us.
